I was flabbergasted to be asked by Sabrina and Tucker to photograph their wedding. In the short time that I have gotten to know them, I have been blessed by their friendship, their love of God and His word, and sincerely touched by there story and I thank God for them. They have really worked hard at their relationship to remain pure and uphold a Christ-like example to others. They clearly love each other with a purity and passion being a beautiful example of 1Corinthians 13 as well as two individuals walking in the fruits of the Spirit.
Sabrina and I talked about what she wanted for photographs and Tucker the awesome guy that he is, agreed to whatever she wanted. So we went out to Tucker’s house for the sunrise and snapped away.We had lots of changes along the way that made the session really unique to them and something special. One of which was all the animals, they were everywhere and surprisingly sweet and fabulous to photography. They made great little posers, lol! Scout (Tucker’s dog) and Sunny (Tucker’s cat that loves Scout and Sabrina) decided that they wanted to be photographed too. So we started to just work with them and the results were great photos with lots of animals. Later a donkey and horse got in on the action too. Another thing on the list was the light changing so fast with all the open space, it was really quite fun to think on my feet for a bit and really work to get a shot. I was in trees, on the ground, but surprisingly even though I had prepared for it, I never had to get in the water.
I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I love this couple, it was a joy and a privilege to photograph them and I can’t wait for the wedding. So set March 23, 2014 aside as a day of celebration for Tucker and Sabrina.
